At Kenju Beauty, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we offer. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
All original packaging and tags must be included
Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products (opened or unopened)
Candles
Jewelry (including earrings and handmade pieces)
Custom or personalized items
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ourkenju@gmail.com.

Include:

Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as processing may begin.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved (for eligible items only), we will notify you once your item has been received and inspected.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Note: This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened (including skincare and cosmetics).
